Steve Fedyski - CEO, Managing Partner
Steve is a visionary media and entertainment executive who has spent over 30 years leading companies to maximize their growth. Steve served as COO for Pure Flix Entertainment. He also served as CEO of Pinnacle Forum and held senior executive positions for Kraft Foods, Inc., Advo, Inc. and was Founder and CEO of Vibrant Consulting Group. Steve holds a BS in Psychology from Baldwin Wallace University and an MBA from the University of Memphis.
Ken Rather - COO, Managing Partner
Ken most recently served as Chief Distribution Officer at Pure Flix Entertainment, overseeing worldwide distribution and successfully building an internal domestic theatrical distribution team. Previously, he spent nearly 20 years as a film buyer and senior executive at Regal Entertainment, one of the world’s leading theatrical film exhibitors. His extensive experience in both exhibition and distribution give him a unique perspective to offer critical insight to producers and filmmakers. Ken is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
Jerry Ford, CPA - CFO
Jerry Ford earned his CPA in Indiana and is a CMA with more than 30 years of financial planning and management experience as a VP Finance and subsidiary CFO for companies like General Mills and Pillsbury. He was COO at Comdisco Network Services, as well as the large Minneapolis corporate law firm of Lindquist & Vennum. Jerry began his career as a Senior Auditor at KPMG and Controller of Georgia Kraft. He served as a member of the Board of Indiana University Alumni, Institute of Certified Management Accountants, and Financial Executives International, as well as Nash Finch, a Fortune 500 company. Jerry is an Army veteran and holds a BS in Accounting from Indiana University.
Dawn Arnone-Jeffrion - VP, Home Entertainment and Digital Operations
Dawn’s more than 25-year career in domestic home entertainment operations began with the conversation to DVD from VHS cassette tapes in the early 1990s. Currently VP of Home Entertainment and Digital Operations, Dawn was previously VP of Operations for Lionsgate/Summit, Director of Technical Services at Technicolor, and Executive Director at both 20th Century Fox/Cinram and Sony Pictures Home Entertainment. She is a graduate of Glendale College and lives in Los Angeles.
Myles Heath - Controller
Myles Heath is a finance and accounting professional with more than 20 years’ experience managing the accounting and reporting function for small and mid-sized for-profit companies in the West. Most recently Myles held the position of Controller for Pure Flix Entertainment where he handled general ledger, investor reporting and assisted in the preparation of participations and residual accounting to the creative community and the entertainment guilds. He is Managing Partner in the bookkeeping and tax firm of H&H Accounting Services in Phoenix. Myles holds a BASc in Accounting from University of Phoenix and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Grand Canyon University.

The Cloudburst logo was a collaborative effort among many talented people. Joshua Swartz designed the still logo graphic. The background time-lapse was provided by Sierra Blanco Photography. Musical theme was composed by Pancho Burgos-Goizueta and recorded and mixed by Scott Smith. The completed sound was mixed by Patrick Spain.
